Contra dancing is both fun and easy! Dances are traditional, and live music is often Irish and French Canadian fiddle tunes. All dances are led by a caller, who teaches every dance. It's a community event for everyone - from 7 to 87 years old! Everyone is welcome; singles, couples, families, and is LGBTQ friendly, with gender free calling for all dances. Wear cool comfortable clothing and soft soles shoes. Contra dancing is aerobic and informal!
