Rhythm Fitness is an active, high energy African dance experience. The moves incorporated in the class is accompanied by afrobeats music for a modern day feel but still encompasses traditional and contemporary movements. Rhythm Fitness is meant to provide its participants with a fun filled yet effective workout. The classes include yoga and pilates style stretches, which are followed by aerobics (African-style of course!), and the teaching of a dance to afrobeats music. All ages and all levels of experience are welcome!
TUESDAYS: 5-6pm Starting September 11th - November 13th
$50 for 10 week session
*This is an open level class for all ages
MUST PRE-REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 7TH TO ATTEND THIS CLASS. MINIMUM FIVE PEOPLE FOR THIS CLASS TO RUN.
